We accept orders through our WigJig Store (online), via mail or fax.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Also, checks and money orders with mail-in orders are accepted.

For orders received from Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time to orders received at 7:00 PM Thursday, we issue email verification and ship the order on the following business day.  For orders received after 7:00 PM on Thursday evening through 7:00 PM Sunday evening, we issue email verification to customers and ship the orders on the following Monday.  In a few cases, we may hold an order if an item is out-of-stock and expected in a few days. 

We ship our orders from our warehouse in the Mid-West, which is a very short delivery time frame for the majority of our customers.  For customers on the West Coast, it may take a little longer (up to five days) to receive your order. 

UNITED STATES

Orders under $50 with a shipping address within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or Guam) have a $7.95 shipping and handling  fee.  For orders of $50 or more to the above destinations, shipping and handling are free.  Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS Ground or the US Post Office Priority Mail service, at our discretion.  Generally, orders over one pound in weight are sent via UPS Ground.  Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Island and Guam are sent via the US Post Office Priority Mail, regardless of weight.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping Charges:  All orders under $275 ship for $34.95.

International orders are shipped via FEDEX International shipping.  We require a street address (not a Post Office Box) and a local telephone number at the destination.  FEDEX will contact the destination phone number if they have difficulties in finding the address.  We charge $34.95 per order.  We do not ship via USPS or other shippers since we have found them to be less reliable for international shipments.

RETURNS

We cheerfully accept returns that are made within 14 days after receipt, and are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unopened.  We assess a $7.00 restocking fee for all returns, unless our error.  We do not reimburse return postage, unless our error.  We inspect every returned item to verify that it is ready for resale before we return it to inventory.  Please note that if your original purchase was for more than $50, thereby qualifying for free shipping, and the value of the merchandise returned brings the order total to less than $50; we reserve the right to deduct our regular shipping and handling costs from the refund for the merchandise returned.  Please send returns to the following address:

LOST ORDERS

We accept the responsibility for getting your order to you.  While it doesn't happen often, occasionally an order does not reach its destination.  Please notify us if you believe that your order has been lost.  Generally, if 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, it may be lost.  As noted above, we ship our orders from a warehouse East of the Mississippi.  For customers on the West Coast, please allow five to six business days for UPS to deliver your order.  Our track record shows that we lose less than one order in a thousand.  If it happens to you, we will coordinate with the shipper to submit any necessary insurance.  Please understand that in the very rare circumstances that your order gets lost, we will replace your order and ship again.  If you need to contact us, please use the contact information in the above paragraph.

EXCHANGES/BACK ORDERS

At this time, we do not process exchanges or back orders.

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax in Virginia (4.5%) and Maryland (5%).
